Inclusion criteria OAB, diagnosis of idiopathic detrusor overactivity

Exclusion criteria neurological disorder, neoplasm, second degree or greater pelvic organ prolapse, type III stress urinary incontinence, pregnancy, any mental disorder interfering the patient’s cooperation during the treatment, use of a pacemaker or an intrauterine device, or previous medical, surgical treatment or physiotherapy for detrusor overactivity, contraindication to trospium chloride
